The customer is a non-profit organization where we implemented Dynamics 365 Business Central and helped them embrace Digital Transformation. The aim of this was to have the entire business operation automated.

Operational efficiency was one important area that needed a paradigm shift. Alletec consulted with the customer and the decision to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was made. This enabled the customer get rid of the business pains of managing in-house infrastructure and multiple On-prem solutions. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation was extremely quick and the operational efficiency was achieved by the organization in no time.
Implementing a modern unified, intelligent and adaptable solution has enabled seeing the possibilities of leveraging the Microsoft solution stack for the business. The customer now gets a 360-degree view of the business with exceptions flagged well ahead in time.

Power BI and Power Apps have significantly enhanced the flexibility and agility of the operations. The pains of having daily data reconciliations and the monitoring of asset automation has been automated with the errors and pains now eliminated. The SharePoint and D365 customer engagement completely transformed the image of the organization.
